At present, the common car refrigerators in the market, according to different classifications, mainly have the following three working principles:

Compressor type: By mechanical compression (compressor), convective heat exchange (condenser), and throttling pressure reduction (capillary tube), liquid refrigerant is obtained. The liquid refrigerant evaporates into a gaseous state in the refrigerator box (evaporator), and carries away the heat in the box through phase change, thereby achieving refrigeration effect; Finally, the gaseous refrigerant returns to the compressor; By repeating the above process, the refrigeration system continuously transfers the heat inside the box to the outside of the box, thereby achieving the cooling effect.

Electronic semiconductor type: using the Peltier effect of semiconductors to cool, that is, when semiconductor components are powered on, heat is transferred from one end to the other. The cold end is attached to the inner container of the refrigerator through a cooling block to achieve cooling effect; The hot end dissipates heat to the air outside the box through a radiator and a cooling fan.

Absorption type: The refrigeration system utilizes the different condensation points of liquid ammonia and water, using gas or electric heating rods to heat the ammonia water mixture, so that the ammonia inside evaporates to form pure ammonia vapor, and then enters the condenser to condense into liquid ammonia through convective heat exchange with air; Liquid ammonia evaporates at low pressure in the evaporator (due to the helium gas in the system, the partial pressure of ammonia gas is very low), and carries away the heat in the box through liquid ammonia phase change; At this point, due to the pushing effect of helium gas, ammonia vapor returns to the absorber, forming a high concentration ammonia water mixture again and circulating in the storage tank.

Compressor type main components: compressor, condenser, dry filter, capillary tube, evaporator, liquid storage tank, temperature controller, tail pipe seal;

Electronic semiconductor type main components: semiconductor electronic chips, heat sinks, cooling blocks, and heat exchange fans;

Main components of absorption type: storage tank, generator, condenser, evaporator, absorber;
